“I love spending quality time with my dog and family, and I make sure to schedule breaks where I completely unplug from work,” Brown said. “I’m also all about vacations and a good spa day, especially couples’ massages with my husband—it’s part of my self-care. Cooking has become a creative outlet for me, too; I love getting in the kitchen and experimenting as I go.”
