It was at a church in Pennsylvania that Kenneth Baldwin met a 15-year-old boy with whom he exchanged phone numbers. Baldwin was reportedly at the church in November 2024 to deliver a sermon.

The former clergyman allegedly began sending sexually explicit photos of himself to the boy several times per week via text messages after obtaining the teen’s number. These activities went on for a year. Kenneth Baldwin reportedly sent several more explicit photos in recent weeks.

When questioned by the Pennsylvania State Police, Kenneth Baldwin admitted to exposing himself to the victim on three separate occasions in three separate states. He also admitted to sending nude images to the boy.
